Friendfinity provides an AI-powered voice communication service designed to allow users to speak with an artificial intelligence companion for conversation, emotional support discussions, and general wellness reflection.

Friendfinity is intended to provide conversation-based emotional support and personal reflection tools, but it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services.

The Services may include:

  • AI voice conversations
  • emotional wellness discussions
  • general life reflection support
  • conversational companionship
  • related digital services and subscriptions

Friendfinity may modify or update the Services at any time.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

Friendfinity is not a medical provider, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed counselor.

The information, conversations, and responses generated through the Services are:

  • automated
  • generated by artificial intelligence
  • intended for informational and conversational purposes only

The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, you should immediately contact:

  • 911
  • a licensed healthcare provider
  • a crisis hotline such as 988 (United States Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.

  • If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

5. Subscriptions and Payments

You agree not to use the Services:

Friendfinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or providing your contact information through the Services, you may consent to receive communications from Friendfinity.

Email Communications

You may receive marketing or informational emails from Friendfinity.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in the email.

SMS Text Messages

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Friendfinity related to services, updates, and promotions.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

STOP

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages, although you may still receive necessary transactional communications.

All content, features, technology, software, branding, and materials associated with Friendfinity are the property of Thrive Mental, LLC or its licensors.

You may not:

  • copy
  • reproduce
  • distribute
  • modify
  • reverse engineer
  • resell

any part of the Services without written permission.

9. AI Limitations

Friendfinity uses artificial intelligence technology to generate responses and conversations.

Because AI systems operate through probabilistic models:

  • responses may occasionally be inaccurate
  • responses may not always reflect real-world expertise
  • responses should not be relied upon for critical decisions

Users agree to use judgment and discretion when interacting with the AI system.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrive Mental, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • emotional distress
  • loss of data
  • interruption of service
  • reliance on AI-generated responses

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

You may also stop using the Services at any time.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
