Friendfinity subscriptions provide prepaid calling minutes with the Friendfinity AI companion based on the subscription tier selected at checkout.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Friendfinity subscription at any time.
To cancel your subscription, you may:
- Cancel through your customer account dashboard, or
- Contact customer support at thomas@friendfinity.com
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to prevent renewal of the next billing cycle.
What Happens After Cancellation
When a subscription is cancelled:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No additional charges will occur after the cancellation takes effect.
- Any remaining minutes included in your subscription may continue to be used until the end of the billing cycle.
At the end of the billing period:
- The subscription will not renew
- Access to Friendfinity services will end unless a new subscription is purchased.
Unused Minutes
Unless otherwise stated in a specific plan:
- Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
- Unused minutes expire at the end of the billing period.
Refunds
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Friendfinity Return and Refund Policy, which provides that:
- If some minutes have been used, refunds may be issued only for unused minutes.
- If no minutes have been used during the billing cycle, the subscription fee is non-refundable due to reserved service availability.
